  • When we receive your form, you will be contacted so we can complete the process and confirm your registration.

Terms and Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit for 50% of the amount must be paid at registration time by cheque made out to: Groupe Écosphère, 41, rue principale, Frelighsburg, P.O. Box 83, Québec, J0J 1C0
  • 25 dollars will be added to all fees after July 1st 2008.
  • All applicable taxes will be added to the fees specified in this form.
  • The balance must be paid no later than 90 days before the event. Otherwise, we cannot garantee that your company or organization name will be listed in the program or on our website.
  • Details on display booth installation will be sent upon reception of the second and final payment.
