Our habitual communication patterns spark defensiveness and shutdown,
driving us away from trust and collaboration. NVC (Nonviolent Communication)
allows us to connect to the fundamental motivations behind each gesture and
word. Our exchanges can then reflect our deep values and promote responsibility
for our choices, actions and intentions - making connection with others possible,
moving toward building together a world that reflects who we are, in a context
of peace and harmony.
