- Media partner: Maison du 21e siècle magazine
- A total of 100,000, 8-page colour programs printed on recycled paper
will be distributed: 60,000 in the Friday September 22, 2006 edition
of La Presse newspaper and 40,000 will be inserted in the La Maison
du 21e siècle magazine which is distributed in more than 100
outlets throughout Quebec (health food stores, naturopathy centres,
massage therapy centres, etc.), reaching approximately 150,000 readers.
- 20 000 programs will be handed on site.
- 1,000, 18'' x 24'' colour posters will be posted in strategic locations
throughout the Greater Montreal, South Shore, Montérégie
and Eastern Townships areas (tourist information offices, restaurants,
businesses, libraries and art galleries), reaching 150,000 people.
- Ad in La Presse.
- Two 6' x 20' banners will be installed one month before the event
at busy intersections in Cowansville and Granby giving exposure to our
event with 150,000 motorists.
- Two 4' x 6' road signs reminding the dates of the fair to motorists.
- Twenty road signs posted throughout the region will direct motorists
to the fair.
- A Web site will be created to give public exposure to our partners
and to provide information on this event throughout the year (20,000
viewers estimated).
- Press releases will be sent to the media for reports and interviews
with our spokespersons.
- The fair will be advertised on all local radio stations.
